that began with Kiss the Ground — premiered at Cannes in May and launched on Amazon
Prime on World Environment Day (this past Friday, June 5th). Narrated by Demi Moore and
Woody Harrelson, I found it sweeping, cinematic, and genuinely compelling. It covers five
continents and makes a case for regenerative agriculture as a solution to soil loss, biodiversity
collapse, and climate change.

The companies said the preclinical research collaboration, option and license agreement will discover and develop next-generation T-cell engaging (TCE) multispecific antibodies. Involving up to five drug candidates, this could be the largest such deal struck by Jazz, and will be based around AbCellera’s antibody discovery technology. The partnership will work on optimised development candidates for multiple gastrointestinal (GI) cancers and other solid tumours.

Azole antifungals remain the mainstay of treatment for invasive aspergillosis, but they are not suitable for every patient. Resistance to azoles is an increasing clinical problem, while drug–drug interactions, liver toxicity and tolerability issues can limit their use in the severely immunocompromised patients most at risk of the infection. In these cases, physicians often turn to alternative antifungals, including liposomal amphotericin B such as Gilead’s AmBisome, despite its need for intravenous administration and its own toxicity burden.

Dutch precision fermentation company Vivici has secured €12.5 million in funding from the European Innovation Council (EIC) Accelerator Program. The company will use the award to scale market access and supply of its Vivitein™ ingredient portfolio.
