世界农化网中文网报道：近日，生态环境部等八部门联合发布《关于进一步加强工业等污水污染风险防范，保障农业灌溉用水安全的通知》，明确要求承接化工转移的园区强化边界管控、升级污水设施，严防高污染产能跨区域转移，抬高中西部化工园区项目准入门槛。
