世界农化网中文网报道:近日,河南农业大学植物保护学院绿色农药研发与应用团队在国际期刊《ACS Catalysis》上发表题为″Access to Atropisomeric Biaryls by Harnessing C-H Activation and Ring Opening of Cyclic Diaryliodonium Salts″的研究论文。首次实现了环状二芳基碘鎓盐(CDIs)的不对称芳基化和酰基化反应,为轴手性联芳基化合物的合成提供了一个模块化、高效的新平台。该工作显著拓展了CDIs在轴手性分子构建中的反应范式,也为轴手性分子在农药、医药及催化等领域的实际应用提供了重要的物质基础。
