氟环炔虫二酰胺(pynflanilide)是启农生物2024年研发的新型间苯二酰胺类杀虫剂,其可看作是在格力高的基础上通过中间体衍生化法优化得到的。其合成本质是将格力高(溴虫氟苯双酰胺)的苯甲酸换成4-(环丙基炔基)苯甲酸。环丙基炔基的引入重构了分子构象,理论上对于某些对格力高产生微抗性的部分群体仍旧保持高效。但由于苯环和多氟取代都是强疏水基团,在引入环丙基,可能导致整体的log P偏高,有助于药物穿透昆虫体壁的同时也会牺牲部分在植物体内的代谢能力,同时炔基环丙基的引入可能影响制剂的稳定性,这对制剂配方技术也是一个考验。报道显示氟环炔虫二酰胺对蚜虫高效。
