1. 外企登记杀虫剂概况
农药是重要的生产资料，在现代农业生产中不可或缺。杀虫剂则是农药中开发最早，应用最为广泛的一大类。根据FAO数据，2003-2023年我国年均农用杀虫剂用量近8万吨，占农药总用量的27.0%。2017年我国实施农药减量政策以来，我国农药用量整体呈下降趋势。虽然农用杀虫剂用量也受到限制，但2020-2023年，我国农用杀虫剂年均用量仍达6.2万吨（图1）。

灰飞虱是水稻、玉米等作物的重大害虫，除直接刺吸为害外，还传播水稻条纹病毒等多种植物病毒，造成严重产量损失。噻嗪酮属于IRAC16组昆虫生长调节剂，通过抑制几丁质合成导致若虫蜕皮死亡，是目前唯一可用于飞虱防治的商业化昆虫生长调节剂。自上世纪90年代在我国推广以来，长期单一用药使灰飞虱田间种群噻嗪酮抗性持续升至高水平，抗性倍数已连续多年超百倍。此前研究仅聚焦P450介导的代谢解毒通路，靶标抗性机制及其他代谢途径尚不明确，解析抗性分子基础是制定科学治理策略的核心前提。
