世界农化网中文网报道：8月19日，袁隆平农业高科技股份有限公司（简称 ″隆平高科″）公告称，公司已与新疆晶华种业有限公司签署的股权转让及增资协议，以 13795.96 万元受让其合计持有的晶华种业 46.09%股份，公司同步对晶华种业增资 3000 万元，增资价款及股权转让价款合计人民币 16795.96 万元。
