世界农化网中文网报道：链格孢菌（Alternaria alternata）是一种广泛分布、寄主范围极广的植物病原真菌，可侵染小麦、番茄、烟草等数百种植物，诱发叶斑病、黑斑病、赤星病等多种典型植物真菌性病害，严重威胁主栽作物的产量与品质，是制约全球规模化种植和优质稳产的核心病原真菌之一。当前生产中，菌核净等化学药剂仍是防治上述病害的主要手段，但单一药剂的连续和过量使用，导致病原菌对常用化学药剂的抗药性逐年增强，防治效果持续降低。此外，该类病害高发流行期多与作物成熟采收期重叠，期间施用化学农药易造成药物残留。因此，开发高效、低毒、低残留且环境友好的新型绿色农药，已成为植物病害绿色防控的迫切需求。
