1. 外企登记杀虫剂概况
农药是重要的生产资料，在现代农业生产中不可或缺。杀虫剂则是农药中开发最早，应用最为广泛的一大类。根据FAO数据，2003-2023年我国年均农用杀虫剂用量近8万吨，占农药总用量的27.0%。2017年我国实施农药减量政策以来，我国农药用量整体呈下降趋势。虽然农用杀虫剂用量也受到限制，但2020-2023年，我国农用杀虫剂年均用量仍达6.2万吨（图1）。
