Tetra Pak has launched its first industrial bioreactor, the Tetra Pak® Bioreactor RF, seven months after acquiring Bioreactors.net, the Latvia-based fermentation equipment specialist. The vessel is designed for producers moving fermentation-derived ingredients from pilot testing into full industrial output, and is available in sizes ranging from 10 to 50,000 litres, according to the company.
