高彩霞团队提出″可编程植物合成免疫″新理念,实现植物免疫受体按需设计

世界农化网中文网报道:2026年7月23日,齐禾生科联合创始人、中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所高彩霞领衔的团队在国际学术期刊《Science》发表最新研究成果《Programmable design of synthetic plant immune receptors for pathogen protein recognition》。团队首次提出″可编程植物合成免疫″新理念,建立了可编程合成植物免疫受体(Synthetic Plant Immune Receptor,SPIR)设计平台,实现了植物免疫受体的精准定制化设计,推动植物免疫受体设计由天然资源发掘迈向人工精准创制的新阶段。

Salk Institute researchers profiled the 3D genome structure of cells from 16 different tissues from the human body to create an atlas that will help scientists study human health and disease. Tissues included: skin, small intestine, stomach, nerve, large intestine, adrenal gland, breast, pancreas, brain, esophagus, lung, heart (ventricle), heart (atrial appendage), blood, placenta, and skeletal muscle.
