Balwaan Krishi Raises ₹100 Crore in Series B to Expand Farm Mechanisation
30 September 2026, Jaipur: Balwaan Krishi has raised ₹100 crore in Series B funding to expand manufacturing, strengthen its distribution network and develop new agricultural machinery for Indian farmers.
The round was led by First Bridge India Growth Fund Private Equity, with participation from other institutional investors. Investment banking firm Right Pillar Advisors advised on the transaction.
Balwaan said more than four lakh farmers currently use its equipment. The company offers machinery priced between ₹10,000 and ₹1 lakh, targeting small and marginal farmers who account for a large share of India’s agricultural holdings.
The fresh capital will support expansion of domestic manufacturing capacity, strengthening of the dealer and service network in Southern India, and development of new equipment including Power Weeders and Battery Sprayers, with predictive maintenance and IoT capabilities.

Balwaan currently has more than 800 dealers across Northern India and operates through a hybrid B2B and B2C distribution model, alongside its e-commerce presence.
