  • The Axial-Flow 160 combines receive major technology upgrades, including Vector Pro, RowGuide Pro, AccuGuide Pro automated steering, AccuTurn automated turns and AccuSync for real-time machine coordination.
  • The new WD6 windrower introduces Relative Yield Mapping, allowing farmers to see variations in in-field hay yield and use the data through Case IH FieldOps for future farm-management decisions.
  • The upgrades are designed to improve productivity and reduce operator workload, with Case IH combining machine data, precision guidance, automation and remote monitoring to help farmers make faster decisions and minimise downtime.

Case IH has unveiled its 2027 machinery updates, introducing new automation, precision agriculture and connectivity features across its combine and tractor ranges as the agricultural equipment maker seeks to improve farm efficiency and reduce operator workload.

The updates were announced at the 2026 Farm Progress Show in the United States, held from September 1 to 3, and cover the Axial-Flow 160 and 260 combine series, Steiger, Optum and Puma tractors, as well as the new WD6 windrower.

A major focus is the updated Axial-Flow 160 combines, which will feature dual Pro 1200 displays, allowing operators to view machine and agronomic information simultaneously.

The system also supports remote display viewing, real-time monitoring through Case IH FieldOps and advanced diagnostics.

The combines will also receive the Vector Pro receiver, AccuGuide automated guidance, AccuSync technology for real-time data sharing between machines and AccuTurn automated headland turning. Enhanced sensors and grain-handling improvements are designed to improve machine performance and reduce grain losses during harvesting.

Case IH is also adding technology to hay production.

Its new WD6 windrower introduces Relative Yield Mapping, allowing farmers to view variations in in-field yield while harvesting and access the data through FieldOps for future agronomic decisions.

The tractor lineup is receiving updates focused on operator comfort, efficiency and performance, including changes to the Steiger, Optum and Puma ranges.

Kurt Coffey, Case IH vice president for North America, said the company is focused on combining horsepower, comfort, precision technology and machine support to help producers improve profitability.

The 2027 updates reflect a wider shift in agricultural machinery toward connected and increasingly automated equipment. By combining machinery with sensors, guidance systems, data sharing and remote monitoring, Case IH is positioning its latest equipment to help farmers make faster decisions, reduce downtime and operate more efficiently.
